Question for Hotel Dusk: Room 215

Hi I'm very new to all this so please bear with me if my question is too simplistic. Here goes I'm stuck in chapter 2. I've been in the office got the 2 questions and half a memo and yes I know I can't have the other half as it brings the manager back. I've been through all the ground floor rooms and everyone upstairs though most are locked. I can't find anyone to talk to despite my best efforts help! Winicott

You can have the other half of the memo. In fact you have to get the other half of the memo to move on. Take the crowbar
Out of your bag and pivot the end of it under the cabinet.
Push down on the other end slowly and the cabinet will lift up
And you'll get the note. Don't worry, the game will guide
On where to touch the crowbar. Once you have both pieces of the memo connect the dots to get the code to the filing cabinet

You have to use the crowbar and pick the cabinet up slowly. Then piece the memo together and you should be able to continue.

It also helps to blow gently into the mic on the ds it worked for my friend! Connect the dots on the memo we got 135 but I've read codes can be different from game to game.
