Once you have broken the key in the suitcase and tried the straightened paper clip there is nothing more to do at the moment. Head towards the bathroom and there will be a knock on the door and your package will arrive. Continue through the scenario and you will get the opportunity in chapter 2 to examine the store room, where you will find 3 items including the pliers.
