Hello..I am playing HARVEST MOON: TALES F TWO TOWN..but I have problem now..I on summer year 1 but Eileen still did not come to my house for renovation thing..it it possible to her to come again another season or I have to restart my game?

You have to accept the request for a renovation, then give her the necessary materials and supplies. Afterwards there will be a cutscene where she renovates your house and such. The improvements don't just happen, you have to get the requests for them.
And yes, there will be other renovation opportunities in the future.
