Question for Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns

Hey! First of all - Thanks to all the ones who delivered us the AR codes for Harvest Moon! ^^
But second: I tried to put them in my cheat.db on my M3 DS Real and after hours and hours I finally was able to activate them in the menu but when I tried to start the game the screen got white and thats it! ._.
Everywhere on the internet I read how thankful everyone is (about the codes) and how awesome everything works. I wanna get this to work too ._.
Could you please tell me in detail how you got this to work in the game? Which firmware do you use? And which database?
