Try to build a better realtionship with him, he likes Tom Yum Goong (Tomato + Spinach + Brown Mushroom + Crab + Pot) the most, as well as Blue Bouquet, Blue Rose, Carnation, Casablanca, Citrus Perfume, Colorful Bouquet, Fall Tea Leaves, ect. If he has all of his flowers bloomed COMPLETELY and you have seen all of his heart scenes, then propose to him.

You also must have howard and laney at 4 friendship flowers in order to marry him
