You have a 2story cage, right? Make sure you have that first. Then just drag the platform you bought to the top-left side of the screen, right above the 1st floor. Don't forget to add a ladder! Look at the other questions and their answers if you're wondering how to put a ladder/chimney tube in there. Hope this helped! ;D
