Some djinn where missed and I wanted to go back to the north to see if there were some up there, but I can't seem to find a way to get back.

Leaving Belinsk after the start of the eclipse is the games third and final point of no return. The other two are the Konpa ruins and the Clouds of Pasaj. However you can return to the area of Pasaj and Athuay during the eclipse.
