I have some problems with registering. I'm only 10, and I've registered once and I had no problems, and now it says I have to be 12 and print all kinda stuff. So,someone please walk me through this.

Either there's a new law, there was a glitch in the system (Doubt it), or you put in a fake birth date. You have to be 13 or older, and if younger, parent's permission, which is what the stuff is (Parent's sig.)
Do exactly what it says on Hatena, and you'll be fine.
