Okay how do you catch a chocobo(i have a chocobo knight) and how do you get a stable

1.for a chocobo you'll have to catch him when he is hp critical with a chocobo rider(moogle race)a that moment you get the catch option above move if you stand next to it.
2.i don't think you can get a stable
