Recruits?

How do you get new recruits? I'm VERY new to this game, only played for 5 hours, and I only managed to get Adelle as a new recruit. I've tried dispatching for missions (Ended in disaster every time, XD), and tried a bunch of missions a bunch of times, and I still haven't been able to get new recruits. Help, and if you can, be VERY specific. Thnx.

Recruits will show up trust me I've beat all but the last story quest(waiting for luso to finish mastering duel weild) youll see a notice or rumor that says where to find a certain race, ex moogles are found at the bisga greenlands(i think) during all but the first month that ends with sun. For dispatch missions make sure the person or persons being dispatched has their level at close to the mission rank, sometimes the mission needs a certain class to do it(most normally defender) and pick a race that fits the mission(dont dispatch a baangaa for a scholarly mission and don't dispatch a nu muo for a mission that requires brute force). Hope it helps

Treavel around the land for a while than when you see a question mark, than you;ll be able to recriute somebody. For your trouble of dispatching and be successful, your characters have to be at acertian leverl(depending on the mission rank)

Each "wanted" side quest takes a special job to complete but if you are just dispatching a normal side/sub quest then the higher the level and the higher the MVP level (as seen by the trophy when looking at your units) can get you a success on a dispatch mission
