To get Odin go to the southeast part of Saronia and dive in the water by the coast there should be a cave and go through that then fight Odin

To get to Odin, the Nautilus must be able to dive under water. There is a section on the wall of Saronia that is adjacent to the water. If you dive under water there, you should see an entrance to a cave. Enter the cave, fight your way through to the last room, and you should see Odin. Talk to him to start the fight.
