What level do you recommend to beat the Dark Cloud(the second time you fight it). What is the best equiptment for Red Mage, Sage, Dragoon, and Dark Knight? Can you also tell where to find it.

The first time you attempt to beat it, you should try to be at level 60 or so. You should be at level 50 AT THE LEAST. And the best equipment for any class comes from the Legendary Blacksmith. I don't have the Legendary Blacksmith yet, so I don't know the names of the equipment. (Somebody Register me!!! FC:0817 00910 2777)
