Question for Final Fantasy III

How do I wake up that lady who watches over the land of dreams, I don't know where to find the thing that wakes her up.

And why can't I attach a BloodSword to my Red Mage, it's a regular sword isnt it?or is it a dark sword?

You need to go to the Temple of Time to get Noah's Lute to wake up Unei. Go to the bottom of the continent that Soronia is on where the land is starting to meet and looks kind of like a claw. Dive into the middle of that area and you'll see the Temple of Time. For the Red Mage and the Blood Sword, I don't really know why they can't equip it, there are just swords they can't equip. But you can give them the Royal Sword, Excalibur, and The Ultima Weapon.
