You need to have one of your characters with the job 'Thief' and he needs to be leading the party.

You also need special keys. If you look on your world map, there is a plot of land on the far east side that cannot be reached by land or by boat. If I remember rightly thats where you buy those special keys. (I'm not 100% sure). So if you have passed by Castle Argyle as part of the plot then you wont be able to do much.

No you don't need any keys for this castle you just need to change the lead character to theif.
