I have heard that to create a 'special' female Selkie character that you have to give her the Minister's Robes and Minister's Glasses. Do these items truly exist (possibly under another name) or have I been duped!? I have beaten the game up to Very Hard 7 and have yet to see these two items.

Yes they are real. They should drop from the machine robots boss at the bridge to the tower. They make the character look like Chancellor Chime from My life as a king.
