There is a spell you have to learn called declare love,you also need a red rose, then take the person to lovers point transform and say the spell, then hold the red rose and thats it x
It can be quite awkward to perform but there's an incantation you do called "Declare Love". You have to take the one you love up to Lovers Point when the bell tolls (It does this at 7:00pm and I think at 7:00 am and will go for 5 minutes at a time). You take them their by clicking X to call them and then selecting play or hang out. If this is not an option then you still have to become friends with the person (when you have made friends they will come to you and ask you if you want too be their friend from there just click yes). When you're at Lovers Point transform and say: Incantation/Contest/ Love. Then hold a Red Rose. :D
