Question for Emily the Strange Strangerous

The quest of "Following the Catnapper" for Neechee help! So I talked to the flowers and they said to find the 13 hour clock, where do I find this?? And, the well says I still need to find parts. I already did the fish bowl puzzle in the regular basement and got the tube from the regular treehouse. I'm stuck, please help.

The clock is in the belltower where you rescue Sabbath. You have to use Sabbath to get it off the beam/post thing.
