I have search with magnifying glass and I can not find the heart or walking stick in entry way of the lobby I have also run out of hints. Could someone tell me where they are?

The walking stick is in the banister rail about two thirds of the way up. Have you found the heart?
The heart and the walking stick are in the banister railing, Stick two thirds of the way up and the heart in in the top section of the banister railing.
