Question for Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies

2 questions.
1. I want to go to DQVC but I can't connect 2 wi - fi and I'm connected 2 my internet! How can I fix dis?
2. On the lvl 40 Gladiator quest what does it mean when it says subject urself 2 envenomation?

I don't know wht to do but chck it is connected by going onto connection settings at the main menu clicking on you're choosen option and pressing test connection if is says connection sucessful it should work fine if it says anything else it won't and in the quest it means let the monster poison you before you kill it note this has 2 happen wit every time you fight one and only the poisened person can kill it

it does but it rarely uses it i had 2 kill like 30 b4 i completed the quest
