um... I am not sure if I understand your q.... but if you are talking about vocations, then the answer is paladins (in order to be able to become a paladin, talk to the girl nere the fisherman in Gleeba(on the top floor of the palace)) and gladiators (for this, talk to the priest nere the entrance to the inn in the altrades abbey)). to unlock these quests, you might need to progress in the game to a certain point before you can do them. Don't expect to be able to do them the miute you get there.
