Wi-Fi Quests
I have a few questions on some of the non-story line wi-fi quests:
First, for the onewith the guy's birthday, where do you get the party popper? I already bought the cake from the DQVC, but I cant find the popper.
Second, for the quest with the girl in upover who wants to touch a cloud the size of a Cumulus Rex, but I need to do a miracle first. How do I do that miracle? Help please? Thank You

I'am still stuck with second too but you have to wait to get the party poper from WI-FI

I killed Cumulus Rexes with Miracle Slash. You can also get Party Poppers at DQVC, too.

Correction, you use the miracle sword not the slash, I just finished this quest using the sword and normal attacks. you can get the sword buy collecting mini medals or buying it through the DQVC.
For the Birthday cke and poppers, apparently you can get them from the quester rest inn on your birthday or buying them in the DQVC

The easiest way to get Birthday Cakes and Party Poppers is playing during your birthday (you set it in your profile through the game menu) and talk to the special guests at the inn (after you get them through Wi-Fi). Talk to each of them, and you should get more cakes and poppers than you'll ever need, along with some special hats (well, mostly wigs...) you get nowhere else.
