You have to fill up all 3 bars on the top screen by playing minigames with your dragon. Afterwards, go to the bulletin board and select the mission. You will have to play the flying minigame for this mission. After you complete it, go in the castle and look in the Dragon's Eye. You will then be taken to the credits.
IMPORTANT: You have to have collected all dragonalia first. Otherwise you will not be able to go on the mission.
