Go on goku's story play the mission called kioken Times 20 and use your ultimate finish move to unlock the Brloy Mission
Finish gokus story to unlock broly and you can now find broly on the character selection in z battle or story mode
In order to unlock Broly, on Goku's story, go to the mission "Kaioken X20". When Dr. Gero makes your HP color red, use the Kaio Ken X20 move. Doing this, you will unlock the "Destruction God" mission. Beat that mission and VOILA! You have Broly unlocked!
Here is how do kaioken on kaiokenx20 then you will get a new level beat that level and there you go
