How I chould get some carrot?

First, you have to beat Monster Carrot, then you'll get a capsule called the Carrot Glove. If you have it equipped and, for example, you beat 3 enemies, as a reward, you'll get 3 carrots. Although, the downside to using the Carrot Glove is that you won't be able to collect Zeni, just carrots. I hope you collect loads of carrots! :3
