Holy EXP is gained by beating HOLY Digimon. This applies to all types of EXP. Examples of early HOLY Digimon are Renamon at Sheer Valley, Jijimon at Ancient Canyon. Renamon is the earliest Holy Digimon I could find.

Well really the first HOLY is Tapirmon at Training Peak when you come the second time.
