What is a digi bank ? And where is it?

The Digi-Bank is where you can store Digimon that are neither in your party nor on a Farm. It can be accessed via your Dig-Farm. 
Oh, and Digimon in the Digi-Bank do not gain any Exp, or anything really.

The digi-bank is in your animal farm. There you select the locatio for where you would like to place you digimon, in your party, in the digi-bank or on the farm. You go to the Digimon icon on your farm, select the Digimon list, the names of the digimon will come up. Then you just select the location where you would like to place the digimon, digi-bank, digi farm or your party.
