Question for Digimon World DS

How do I get metal garurumon,because my were garurumon is lvl 41, and I need to have a lvl 45 weregarurumon.waht should I do?
Pls.answer.
And I am stock in lvl 20 in tyranomon.waht should I do?

You have to degenerate into garurumon and digivolve again into weregarurumonblue if you want a higher aptitude, however, your aptitude may only raise 3 times so you'll have to degenerate again to get that aptitude
