When you digivove veemon into flamedramon,how do you get it to level 99?

I had a veemon and turned it into a magnamon and the best way to get high aptitude is to digivolve it into an ARVeedramon then back to veemon over and over until it's aptitude is 99 then armour digivolve it, P.S.- you can armour degenerate aswell
