To make an egg go to the DigiColiseum and talk to the Kudamon at the front desk. It will ask you what you want to do. Select Nintendo WFC. Choose DigimonMatching(Random). You will then hook up to somebody else's DigiFarm PC. You chose one of their digimon and one of yours to make an egg.
You can make 64 different types of eggs. I have only done a couple different types.
Red egg-any digimon+dragon digimon
Brown egg-anydigimon+beast digimon
Sky egg-anydigimon+birddigimon
Purple-any+dark
Fever spot-any lv. 15 and up+dragon
Evilspot-any lv. 15 and up+dark
Holy spot-anylv.15andup+holy
