Question for CSI: Dark Motives

Case 2:
I am stuck on case 2 I am at the end of the game and I can't find the serial number from the wheel chair and what tool. I need it so I can get my warrant for clair and finish the game.

You know that collection tool that's used to make impressions of wounds? Works great on the serial number at the right side of the seat back of the wheel chair.
