You can't because he is already at his highest and strongest form and is also not a real mutant ,he was made by that villain dude.
You can't chimera is overpowered so it can't evolve
It should be possible because when you complete the game you unlock "extras" where you can see the different characters and mutants, and in the end of the extras chimera has 3 stages like all of the other mutants
I heard something about a black door hidden in the desert in level 5 and destroy it to get a rainbow gem and coco
