You need to talk to that lady I forgot her name.But shes the editor of the club penguin newspaper.You need to talk to her and she will give you a post card.Make 4 people sign it.The owner of the coffee shop flares frineds at the snow forst and the newspaper lady.That worked for me.Then give the post card to flare.(PH can't sign the post card)
You speak to aunt arctic, and she will speak about the puffles need love, you get the postcard from her, and visit the coffee shop where barista will give you a pen, get her, the two from the snow forts and aunt arctic to sign the postcard for you. Then give the card to flare.
