You use the gaget.The duster.And tap the robots nose and when you get to the robots nose move the stylus around and it will tickle the robots nose causing it to fall.
If you're on mission eleven, then it's not the giant robot. Use Bouncer, your blue puffle and throw a snowball at the robot's eyes. Then it will drop it's computer. Then use the black puffle and weld it at it's wheel. Then it will fall down, and then you can use the robotomy gadget. If you have anymore questions, post them in my comments. I hope this helped!
