If you are talking about the first mission, then I think all you have to do is find the puffle food that looks like it is on a trap with the rope. Then get the scissors from the spy phone and cut the rope. Get the food after it falls and feed it to the black puffle.

Flare?Oh you need to talk to the newspaper lady.Shes probably outside the coffee shop.She will give you a postcard.Make 4 people sign it.(The newspaper lady,Flares fiends at the snow forts,and the coffee shop girl).It worked for me.(PH can't sign the postcard).
