Where is the duster for misson 4?

I can't find the duster anywhere

What you do is go to the sport shop and show the penguin at the counter.
You will get G's spare glasses.
Go to HQ then go to the eye scanner thingy and put the glasses on. The first time it will fail then the second time you'll pass and the mashene(can't spell) will say 'Welcome Gary/G' go in and turn around until you see a the feather duster! Vwala you have found your requested item
