There is a bottle next to the donkey, pick it up and use it on the man that is sleeping, he will tell you that the donkey is only afraid of fire and lighting.
Go over to the rock and put the wet clothes on it, when the clothes are dry put the grass the rock and and then use the piece of glass, it will make a fire.
Put the stick and dry clothes together, set it on fire, go over to the donkey and you are free to move on ^-^
