How can we do the training(FREE TIME)to get bankai easily?give me a tip or SOMETHING!!

Well Training is a bonus that you can get that happens halfway through the game. I believe you just need to watch how many spaces Kon has left to move and try to land on the space with the bonus. I really don't think theres a real easy way to do the training.
