In training (the one with the wholes) how do you konso all the wholes without them turning into hollows?

Move Ichigo towards the Whole on the Bottom Left hand corner of the Battle field Boosting his Spiritual Pressure as you go. Activate Bankai when your pressure gauge is full and you should reach the whole in time. Have your character head for the Whole on the Top of the Battle field, and ignore the Hollows that attack you. Your character should be able to move more spaces than Ichigo can. Have Chad attack the Speed type hollows, have Uryu attack the Tech types, and have Orihime attack the Power types. NOTE: the Wholes on the Top, and Left hand areas count down faster that the bottom one, so make sure you take care of those two before performing Konso on the bottom one. Also don't forget to use Orihime's Sotenkishun on Chad and Uryu once in a while, and you should be fine. Good Luck!

You need to up your main character's mobility to 5, or use ichigo's bankai.

Wholes change faster for each hollow next to them. Have your highest mobilities go after them. These might be hard because I really didn't use chad or orihime so they were... Weak.
