Zanjutsu Training: Single Blow

During Free Time, I'm currently having trouble completing the "Zanjutsu Training: Single Blow" stage for my training. I'm fighting the following Hollows: Hell Mantis, Mod Eater(top of field), Grand Fisher, Wild Bone(Bottom Left of field), and finally, a Numb Jelly(Bottom of field). The Characters that I'm using are Ichigo, Renji, Komamura, and Myself. Komamura can only move 4 spaces per turn, Renji can move 4 spaces as well(2 when in Bankai state), Ichigo can move 3 Spaces per turn, and 7 spaces in Bankai form, and I can move 4 spaces per turn. The Hard part of this stage is I only have 5 turns to defeat all the hollows, plus these Hollows heal themselves afer a certain amount of turns go by, which makes it a lot harder to complete. Yoruichi also mentioned that Ichigo, Renji, and Komamura's powerful blows are due to their high Spiritual Pressure. Which probably meant that the Higher the Spiritual pressure, the stronger their attacks are. Any helpful hints/ideas on how to kill these 5 hollows in 5 turns?
