Question for Ben 10: Protector of Earth

How do you jump up to the top in the redwood forest? We have been using XLR8 but are having problems gettig from the 3rd to 4th ledge. My 4 year old son is getting very frustrated!

You don't use xlr8,you have to use upchuck to unlock upchuck You have to look it up it is confusing and then you can get it the slammer card is not even up there
