OH MY GOD!!! I'm so stuck on Lian's machine boss! Every time it goes back and forth, it regenerates health! I try to damage it.....but, I can't beat it! I need advice!!!!

It's best to play as ang and use his basic bending atack. Stand in front of the machine, and bress "B" when it attacks to block.
Then use "X" to strike it 3 times between it's atacks and while you're bending meter recharges. When it's charged, use the bending move with "Y" and then get ready to block.
You can do a lot of damage before you get run over. Everyone else will run for cover. If Aang faints, use katara's healing move to fully recover him.
You can also do this with Haku, and his rock throw, but I don't recomend Sokka or Katara as you will need her to heal if someone faints.

When I went to kill lians machine boss I used sokka with the boomerang make the mechine spit a you the run up when spit in air and throw boomerang it sould work and use katara to heal.
