Where do I find all of the bells in the third redemption screen of A Christmas Carol. I can't get past this.

You need to use the stylus to scratch off the gray, like scratch off lottery tickets. With each game, they change position so you need to be quick scratching off the silver and persistent. It can be frustration but the persistence and creativity pay off.
