Finding Roaming Pokemon Easily
Added:
When you have released Mesprit or Cresselia, go to Jubilife City and find the point where it crosses with Route 203, east of Jubilife. Keep crossing the point. Every time you cross it Mesprit/Cresselia will jump routes. When he is on Route 203, search for him and you should find him within a few battles.
