To get gallade get the national dex go to route 203 or 204 use the pokeradar and when you see white movement you have a 20 chance that it's going to be ralts you should try to get a male one but they are realy hard to get instead get a female put it together with ghastly or ditto and and get a few eggs my fourth was male train it to lv 20 it wil evolve into kirlia then use the dusk stone to evolve it into gallade which can learn mean look and false swipe you can use him to catch mesprit

NOTE if you train him to lv 30 he will evolve into gardevoir even if he's male
