Hi, silvershrine89 here. I've done some research on how to get Shaymin's sky form, and you need a FATEFUL ENCOUNTER Shaymin to get one. Steps to get one:
Find more codes and cheats for Pokemon Diamond on this page of our website.
1. Trade your fateful encounter Shaymin to Platinum version.
2. With Shaymin in your party, (the one that this code gives you!) and talk to a lady who looks like Julia in Sunyshore city (she is by, not in, the Pokemon center).
3. She will give you a key item (Glacadia's Flower).
4. Use your flower on Shaymin and you have the Bouquet of the Sky!
