Kurow Battle hints and tips for Okamiden

Kurow Battle

Well this could be considered part of the final battle but I decided it would be easier to separate it. Now you'll need as many Holy Bones as you can get and if possible upgrade you weapons. Also you should get some Infinity Inks if you can get them as well. In this battle we'll have to fight our friend Kurow. He attacks using his reed flute which doubles as a sword. Now you can attack him head on but hes fast and can sometimes do damage before you have time to react. Another way is to dodge till Kurow tires himself out leaving him open to attack. I would suggest trying to balance your dodging and attacking so you do the most damage to him and the least damage can be done to you. Using your brush on him can help you deal the damage without getting to close to his blade. Now after you've done enough damage Kurow will say it's time for him to stop holding back. This is where things will get just a little harder. The best thing you can do for this part of the battle is to dodge and send the swords he tosses you back at him with Slash. This will stun him and let you attack without any trouble. Now just keep dodging and attacking him until he says something else. Now he'll fly up into the airand no wind won't blow him down so don't bother with that. Just wait until he tosses swords down at you, when he does use Slash to send them back at him. This will cause him to fall to the ground stunned. Now do as much damage as you can before he comes to. He'll stay on the ground for awhile so you can attack him for a bit. Though I suggest you stick to dodging until he either throws swords at you which you can send back at him, or until he gets tired from attacking to much. Either way he'll be stunned long enough for you to do some damage. Now just keep this dodging and attacking up till you win the battle. After you've won there will be a cut scene and you'll be sent right into the next battle.
