Once you have unlocked the asylum which you do by beating the first mission enter it and walk up the steps to you left along the corridor until you reach the second cell pull the lever and enter it then destroy the bed and anything else in the room you'll see bricks come out and land on the floor stand near them and hold the a button to build two hand holds on the wall where the bed was use someone with super strength e.g. Clay face the big brown guy and get him to rip the wall open go in there. Once in you see a computer looking thing on the wall to your left break this and big and use the lever that comes out then panels should come up in the middle of the floor run over all of these quickly (no order) and then blocks will come out with lots of money in them.

P.s. You need to do the first of the villain missions too because you need someone with super strength and you get clay face from that mission I think
