How to beat the stark gunship

You can defeat it if you wait until it launches it's drones. After it launches them them will hover in place for 30 seconds. You should use that time to launch a few unibeams at it. If you kill the drones it will go back to moving around again.
Note: You must stay far away from the ship for it to launch drones.

Trouble. I'm having trouble with the mission "Save Pepper..

I just hover over the main lab and use my repulsers and chest beam ,spin around and take everyone out,don't try to chase everyone down(at least I couldn't). It's worked for me twice now, good luck.

Follow the gameplan utni lyou find the nuclear ironman and then then keep shooting him with upgraded repulsor (unless you havent bothered) then when he is recharging punch his back and repeat the process
