How to Defeat Dracula!

The way that I defeated Dracula was fairly simple, not much effort is truly required besides simple-style dodging and attacking. I would HIGHLY suggest getting Acerbatus which can ONLY be acquired during the battle against Albus. Do not try to defeat Albus until you have that Glyph, then go all out. I would also suggest receiving Rapidus Fio (must have Paries from Wallman) that can be acquired after you have defeated Blackmore. When you beat him strike the bottom of the next few areas that you go to. If you see clouds of dust appear keep hitting it. Drop down the gap it creates and attack the right wall, more dust should appear, but don't forget your treasure in the room to the left. When the wall on the right is gone use Paries to reach the next area. When in the next room, jump up and attack the right wall. It should create clouds of dust, meaning you can destory it too. Then you should have to use Paries again to reach another area. In there will be a red glyph take it and that should be Rapidus Fio. Now, you have the glyphs that will make Dracula very easy to kill.

Reach Dracula by receiving Volaticus and flying up to his door. Save before attempting!!! Go through the door and watch as Dracula and Shanoa share a few pre-battle words. Dracula will appear on the battlefield. Activate Rapidus Fio! Dracula will teleport and attack, that is the only predictable part of his way of fighting. Use Rapidus Fio and run back and forth so that you will have a higher chance of finding him before he attacks. Dodging his attacks: Use Acerbatus, that you acquire from the battle with Albus, to destroy the fireballs that he shoots at you. He will also use both kinds of Dominus. When he uses Dominus Anger, when rays of power strike down from the ceiling run close to him, but do NOT touch him. When he uses Dominus Hatred and throws the more powerful fireballs at you there are two ways around this. Duck the first then jump over the rest or just jump over the next and then under the next then over the last. Or run towards him WITH Rapidus Fio ACTIVE! And jump over all four. Remember to attack him when you have the chance.

Stage two, Dracula will still teleport, but has three different attacks. Most common one, he will spread both of his arms and it will seem as if hell hounds leap from his cloak. Use Acerbatus, one shot at a time to hold them at bay and kill them. The most fatal, he will spread both of his arms and bats will fly out in both directions, taking out about 174 health every time you get hit by ONE bat! Get close to him and duck, most should go over your head, this is the ONLY WAY TO SURVIVE! His most draining (literally!), he will appear out of nowhere and clamp his hand around your neck and hold you in the air. Press every button on you DS as fast as possible. Every few seconds you will lose 80 hp and Dracula will gain 80 hp. Remember to attack him when you have the chance.

Finally, when his health is low enough he will speak to you again. His last few words. He will then wrap himself up in his cloak. Equip all three parts of the parts of Dominus and use a the glyph union to kill Dracula with his own power. Then, game over and you unlock Albus mode, hard mode, and sound mode. Congratulations! You have beaten the game! But don't forget to check out the Large Cavern and the Training Hall!
