How to pass hoover dam?

Become xlr8 & evade his attacks his hand gets stuck in ground when he slams his hand then jump over it & attack his chest after doing it a couple of times then you will see 2 generators on the sides of the dam attack them then he will fall it's your chance to hit him do it a couple of times
